Our Residents

I lived here for 3 years, and I have been calling this place home since 2019. Friendly staff, and very helpful. They really care about their residents and their apartments. If anything, wrong happened in the apartment or needed to be fixed, I submit an online maintenance request and it only takes them 3 days max to come and take care of it. They do a maintenance checkup twice a year. They’re also involved with their residents by hosting appropriations events, as well as hanging gifts on our door

I have been at VSF for nearly two years now, and I have felt so at home. The apartments are spacious and cozy, thanks to the high ceilings and fireplace. The management office has always been so kind and welcoming to us, and the maintenance staff is incredible. They respond so quickly and are in and out before we know it. Another perk is the ample parking space offered to tenants. I genuinely enjoy my life here and plan on staying for years to come.
